butterscotch morsel?

can I substitutes butterscotch chips with the butterscotch candy??

thanks for answering the question. Im trying to make scoctharoos and im living in china at the moment.the recipe ask for 1 cup choco chips and 1 cup butterscocth

Generally not. The morsels are creamy and melt easily whereas the candy is hard and doesn't melt easily. I guess it all depends on what your using it for. If you don't have butterscotch morsels, you can always substitute chocolate chips.
