Keep in mind there is no such thing as spot reducing. When you lose fat and weigh, you los eit all over. It's justthat sometimes some areas will shrink first. You will have to boost up your cardio routine in order to lose the fat. If you don't lose the fat, you will never be able to reveal the muscle underneath it. Make sure you're getting 5-6 sessions of at least 30 minutes of cardio and combine this with weight training for maximum fat burning. You will need to do lots of squats and lunges to shape up the thighs and lots of crunches and abdominal work to trim and tone your abs. Good luck!

Try doing some form of cardio regularly, for about 30 minutes as many days a week as you can - whether its walking, running, or some other type of exercise that keeps you moving constantly. Also, if you belong to a gym or plan on joining one, they usually have a weight machine that targets the inner and outer thigh muscles, it works amazingly for strengthening those muscles and increasing the fat burning in addition to cardio. Good luck!

Walking is absolutely one of the best exercises for thighs and butt, and will even help tone your abs. Abs tend to be stubborn, though, and you'll need some spot exercises for them. Walking will definitely make a BIG difference in your thighs and butt, however.
