it means that a person was sitting on a 3 legged stool with one leg on the table s/he was eating a leg of frog or something then a dog with 4 legs took one of the persons frogs legs and ran off with it the person stood up and threw his/her stool at the dog the dog dropped the frogs leg and ran off then the person picked it up washed it and ate it
