there are seems to be fighting and quarreling against each other to gain power

It actually started as Mohammad was dying; with his relative and long time associate - Shi'at Ali leaving with his army; when Mohammad nominated Abu Bak'r, who had given his 9 year old daughter in marraige, as the first Caliph and Omar, who had given him his teenage daughter - Hafsah, in marriage to the aging old "Prophet", as the second in command and successor to Abu Bak'r.
After all, the whole "creation" of Islam was all about Power and Authority; so, who can blame them?

Sorry, but that has nothing to do with Islam. Such happenings are not only restricted to muslims, they happen everywhere. The answer is same, man's lust for power!

It is a teaching Islam to do that to other people and concure in the name of Allah. They claim the Koran to be holy, yet most never read the Hadith.
