well, it depends on the woman, and her age. Most don't have a problem with it in and of itself... but they may not be intrested ing dating someone who appears to be that much older than they are.
I personally have no problem with silver foxes... and chicks still go bananas over Sean Connery.

Women/men all have different things they like in a mate. This what makes us human is personal likes and dislikes. Some guys prefer a girl that is skinny as a rail, when the next guy likes a meatier girl. Same is with hair color, size, and well you get the point. Personality is always your best bet. If you have a good personality you will find someone that likes your physical features.

It's so sexy on MOST. S&P hair will not MAKE you sexy. You need to be good-looking to start off with.
Thinking of Jack Black, for instand in s&P is ridiculous, not sexy. S&P on john cusack, v.sexy.
