Definitely. Every sensation, every experience, every pain, every pleasure, every want, every need, passes through the mind. Without a mind you will not experience any of these. Hapiness is often a matter of perception. Take a person with cancer-they can be unhappy because they are ill-but looked at it another way they could be happy that they are about to have an operation to save their life. It is how you perceive your situation every moment of your life. Hapiness is indeed in the mind. We create our own hapiness by teaching ourselves to be content and not feeling sorry for ourselves. Look at the positive in life and it will be the dominant factor. Concentrate on the negative and it will take you over and destroy you.

No the master key to Happiness and I mean real happiness, the best possible happines is your relationshipand accurate knowledge about God and the answer to many questions as well as to how you can have this happines is all in the Bible You maywant to learn about it!(John17:3) May God Bless you with this happiness

Yes if you have a strong will.God said we need the faith of a grain of mustard seed.I have all the faith in the world, but a weak mind.
