yes it can i think this is the way they test when you go to the doctors as it is more reliable than preg kit.

Yes a blood test can tell, however you have to get the blood test specifically for a pregnancy test. It checks to see if your body has the pregnancy hormone HcG, and then you can tell that way. If you suspect that your pregnant, I suggest going to your doctor so that way he can order you to get an HcG test. Hope this helps :)

only if it was tested for the right hormone. You can have a blood test for hiv which might or might not reveal pregnancy depends on the technition and what he looks for.
