The flight deck is basically the only place that pilots can go that paassengers cannot. Contrary to what you see in the movies there are no hidden walkways below the passenger compartment, nor can you generally enter into the cargo compartment. What you see is pretty much what you get. If there's no door, theres nothing on the other side.

Well the only place I know of that the passengers can go is the main cabin during flight but the pilots can go anywhere they want to. While on the ground though if you know the right people you can go anywhere you want to. My dad is a pilot for Southwest Airlines and I've been on the flight deck out on the ramp you name it I've pretty much been there just as long as I was escorted.

Passengers can not get into the cargo hold or the cockpit.

Depends on the aircraft. On some airbuse the pilot can get into the E&E if need be.
