I can tell you from personal experience that when I talk about my faith I usually end up getting the other person's beliefs shoved down my throat, metaphorically speaking. There seems to be a general feeling that people need to prove their faith is 'right' and argue about it when all I'm looking to do is talk something out or get information.

When the subject comes up, I usually take the stance of letting people believe what they want to and leaving it at that. Even your own question is somewhat exclusionary of other faiths. It's almost like your saying as long as your faith is Jesus & God you're fine. What about those that don't worship Jesus & God? Should they even bother to answer your question? Or, should they have something to fear from talking about religion?
