If ur clear abt ur feelings for him, and if he is clear abt how u feel abt his friend, where is the confusion? Just be urself. dont encourage him in anyway. He'll lose interest soon enough.

Until you tell him the truth, that you don't feel for him the way he does you, he's going to continue to text message you. He has 'hope' that one day you will do the same. Tell him that you are not interested in him that way, but the friendship is very important and you don't want to loose him being in your life that way. It might upset him for a while, but, if he is your true friend, he will eventually come around.

Well if you go with his friend he will eventually get the idea that you don't like him the way he wants you too, but be careful because it may break up the guys friendship.

Tell him to bugger off! He can't force you to like him and he should just leave you alone. Make sure you tell him, but also be very careful with trying to hook up with his friend. That could mess things up big time.
