I guess if your ultimate goal is to get him fired, then keep on doing what you are doing. If the principal or some parents (like yours, for instance) get wind of him even flirting or acting inappropriately with you, he will likely be at least disciplined. If you "went to the next level" with him, and you got found out (which you probably would, since people already notice the flirting), he would be fired, never allowed to teach again and possibly charged and labeled as a sex offender (depending on your age) for the rest of his life. You, on the other hand, would be able to stay at school, where everyone would know what you had done, and be labeled all sorts of not-so-nice things. Nice, huh? Cool it with him, and definitely DON'T stay after class alone with him, that will whip up the rumor mill, no matter if you do or don't do anything else. After you turn 18 and are no longer a student, then you can pursue a relationship with him (if you haven't grown out of this infatuation) without completely ruining his career (although, some of his colleagues would still look down on him for being with you).

There were two.
One was a really gorgeous lady. She was the best looker in school, occassionally made the boys wild. And we called her Indian Barbie Doll.
The other was this totally cute male teacher, who always wore butt-hugging pants and liked to show off his broad chest. He called every girl "Baby", and one time, bent down with his butt sticking out. Ooh la la.
