it has been 6 mos. and he said he feels better having been caught. it was something looming over his head. however, i feel like someone kicked me in the gut. i don't understand this behavior and it is embarrassing and blatant. should i leave it alone? i worry that i still love him, and i'm not sure how or why?

Its possible to forgive him but You would have to be ignort to keep him in your heart. Unless you like to have your heart crushed all the time. Love shouldnt hurt like you got kicked in the gut. He said he feels better to have been caught because he was caught. Its that simple. I was no saint to my ex and i know how guys think. Now i regret it all but what can i do right? Anyhoo, You are better then that to be treated like scum between his filthy toes. You are afraind to not love him becasue you think he is the only love you will ever have. Open your eyes and do whats right for your heart...

forgiveness is to forgive and not bring it back up. if you think that you have forgiven him and know within your heart that he has changed, then you may want to give it another chance. but if you think that he will creat again and worry about this, then he may be ready but not you. you can forgive someone, and leave it in the past, but you don't have to allow any actions of the past to effect you. this is something only you can really answer within your heart. blessings

Of course you still have feelings for him - but if you get involved again with him you really need to be locked up. He's a bum - move on and find someone who will treat you right!!!

Yes you really love him
If you think that you want to live with him and would be happy with him, you can forgive him
But if you have even a bit of doubt, then leave him behind.
In that case you would just waste your time.

Try to make a smart decision,, it's your life.
good Luck

ditch him....

the only way that kind of behavior is acceptable is when both people agree that it's okay.

but really, it's your call. i don't know the entire story and you'd be a better judge than i.

good luck

You can forgive him, but how will you feel when he does all of those things again?
