I think you may have trouble finding it. The amino acid taurine is now added to all cat food as cats can't make it in their bodies. They cannot make Viamin A either and the source for that in most cat foods is dried egg. Wild cats get their Vitamin A from the livers of their prey.
This morning my cats are eating a can of Nature's Organic Turkey and Turkey Liver. It lists vitamin "supplements" A, E, B12 etc. and I would assume those are synthetic forms of the vitamins. If they had used egg yolk for the Vitamin A they by law would have to say so. So read the labels on all the foods you consider and then check with the manufacturer about where the vitamin A is coming from - just to be safe. Nature's Organic's number is 800-367-2730.
Nature's Logic Duck and Salmon canned has cod liver oil which would supply the Vitamin A. At the very end of their list of ingredients is "egg shell meal", whether that would cause an alleric reaction like the dried egg yolk I don't know.
Both the Nature's Organic and Nature's Logic use the liver of the duck and liver of the turkey to provide Vitamin A.
Nature's Logic can be reached at info@natureslogic.com. Their dry Duck and Salmon has "dried egg product" and egg shell. I'm afraid most dry foods will use the dried egg yolk.
The Innova line is pretty "pure" (naturapet) and they have to get the Vitamin A in there somehow so I think you will have to check out each indivdual manufacturer to be sure what form the Vitamin A is.

There are many available, but not on the grocery store shelves.
Here are a few that do not list egg in any form at all
Nature's Variety Chicken Meal & Brown Rice
Azmira Lamb & Barley Cat Food
California Natural Salmon & Sweet Potato
California Natural Herring & Sweet Potato-canned formula
Of course these are all 'fit for human consumption' foods and will cost more, but your cat will be healthier, feel better, eat less and poop less.
See below for a website to help compare and find out a location close to you or to have their brands drop shipped to you.

If you have a male cat it's better to only feed wet food because dry food make cause a urinary blockage from crystals that form. In male cats if they get a blockage it's life threatening because their uriniary passage is much smaller than that of a female. This happened to our cat because of dry food and he almost died. It was VERY COSTLY to remove the blockage and get him back to good health again. Now he only eats an all wet diet because of the doctor's recommendation. In the wild cats only eat moist, meaty things like mice, so wet is the way to go to mimic their favored diet.
