You can get estimates at: http://www.jets.com/ then fill in the trip itinerary form and scroll down to "heavy jets" for price estimates of passenger jets such as Airbus, Boeing,etc. There are fewer than a dozen carriers in the U.S. who offer the service, so availability is typcially tight and competition is not very high. Expect to pay about 2X the cost of commercial travel on a per seat basis.
