you can't MAKE someone like you, the best thing to do is try and see if she could ever like you and if she cant, well then you have to move on, I know it's hard but sometimes love is unfair and thats how life goes. . .

Just go up to her and talk to her. If she is mean about it then she loses not you. But take a chance and go talk to her and if it goes good then ask her out.
