you may well have allergies and that can be awful for sure.
the thing here is not everything you have written would seem to be as a result of just an allergy.
have you thought about the possibility that you have a cold or the flu. body joint pain don't really come with the allergies often so i think it is possible that you have a sinus problem along with a cold or flu.
try taking some Advil along with a decongestant. sometimes
you will find both in one drug . ask for some help with this from the chemist.
you could also have other things going on here that i have no idea about but most of them you would already know of.
so for a short time at least try taking a drug that makes the stuff in your nose and chest come up and out if that helps then continue with it but if it helps and it carries on then see your doctor . if you have difficulty breathing or feel faint see your doctor at once.
drink lots of fluid hot stuff like tea. or coffee but don't drink milk try to avoid anything that you would use to thicken a soup or something else you may cook .

Honey, if you have an allergy, wouldn't the smart thing be to avoid the thing you're allergic to? If you eliminate the cause, then you won't suffer any symptoms, will you?
And your immune system could obviously do with a good boost, too.
There are plenty of websites where you can find information about this kind of stuff.

You need to see a Dr. You are describing a sinus infection and you need antibiotics. The fact that you say all your joints are hurting you also,is not a good sign. There is something called Reactive arthritis that is triggered by bacterial infections. Don't fool around with it, go to your Dr. I had this happen to me, don't wait.

It's just a thought, but have you considered actually going to a Doctor, getting properly examined, and asking this question?

Wouldn't that be A) A lot simpler and B) A lot safer and more accurate than listening to advice on here?

Your problem could be a simple allergy or something related to your immune system. Please do not neglect it. Consult your doctor.
