I just downloaded Mozilla firefox on my windows xp operating system and i cant watch videos on youtube because it says i dont have the latest version of flash player, how do i get this flash player for mozilla on windows xp?

When FireFox tries to find a Website which Flash content, it will automatically give a popup to install the Plug-In. Just accept that option, and it will automatically download and install it.
If you want to manually download Flash Player, please try it from Adobe Website.
