There is no way that you'll get rid of pimples forever unless you have that perfect skin that never got them to begin with. The reason for this is that pimples are caused by oil, dirt and bacteria that get into your pores and cause a small infection. Greasy food, chocolate, etc. don't give you acne. They don't effect your skin at all unless you actually have an allergy to that specific food item. So basically, if you can come up with a way to completely avoid oil, dirt and bacteria, then you'll have your answer. However, since there's no way to do that, the next best thing is to keep those things to as much of a minimum on your skin as possible to control the acne that you do get. A lot of people recommend ProActiv acne solution and there's a reason for that: It works. I use it myself and my skin has never looked better, and on a *regular* basis. It allows you to be able to depend on your skin again! It's a little expensive, but it works. If you can't afford it, then try your best to keep your skin as clean as possible. Wash and moisturize your face every day (even if you have oily skin; just use an oil-free moisturizer). Find a good toner to maximize cleanliness of your pores and minimize the amount of oil on your face as much as possible. You can also try products that use bacteria reducing ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid (use them sparingly if they irritate your skin or cause excess dryness). Keep your hair off your face, wash your hands often to avoid spreading dirt onto your skin, and sanitize things that are placed to your face often such as your telephone. Hope this helps!

You will have to speak with a dermatologist. I cannot remember what it was called but a few of my friends had horrible acne. Two of them took some kind of a prescription pill that at first made them break out even worse all over their bodies. They just sucked it up and went through with it and after it was all over they both have beautiful skin. Its been many years and the two of them still have perfect skin. You may want to ask about different pills that are available. I wish I could remember what it was. This was almost 10 years ago when they began this so use the time frame when you ask. Good luck!

Your own habits can help you....!!!!!!
Affected areas need to be washed frequently with a pH - balanced soap and protected with a suitable moisturizer.
For immediate help to control pimples, use a pimple treatment with anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties, to help control inflammation and cross infection
Avoid handling, squeezing or picking pimples at all costs.
Include plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and live, natural yoghurt's in your diet and try hard to maintain a regular intake of eight to ten glasses of water per day.

start with ur diet.. stay away from oily foods( fried foods, chips), chocolate, any kind of nuts... those are the main ones that causes it.. then make sure u wash ur face regularly at least twice a day.. always have face wipes handy.. i recommend ponds (cucumber wipes) u can find them at walmart.. do not pick on them when they appear, it will only make them worst.. also try taking vitamin e pills regularly and take ur fluids.. 8-12 glasses of water a day.. that should be the basics.. if it doesnt help, see a dermatologist.. dont keep trying to get generic stuff because u might have the skin that needs special treatment..

I think I have tried everything that is over the counter. Retina Micro was great (prescription). It gave me consistent results. My acne has always been mild but even the mild acne bothered very, very much. I recently got off the Retina because my husband and I are trying to get pregnant. My doctor put me on Azelex. Not as effective, but it helps. One thing with the Retina -- it will make your skin peel big time. Exfoliators became my best friend when I was on it. Good luck with whatever you decide!

there is no way to permamently remove pimples unless you're talking about extreme surgeries like chemical peels and stuff, but as far as treatments, i use neutrogena Deep Clean and neutrogena face wipes that bubble up and stuff. just keep your face clean at all times, don't touch it with dirty fingers
