The only way to deal with hair that's been overprocessed by perming is to cut it as short as you can bear. Cut off the dead hair, have what's left styled into a cute short hairstyle, maybe one you've always thought you'd try if you were brave enough.
When you have short hair, you can go to town on the make up and earrings. Then when you're looking fabulous, glamorous and individual, you might thank the day you had a dodgy perm.http://www.greatestlook.com/shorthairstyles.html

If a shop did it, go back and have them fix it. If you had it done at home or a friend did it, shampoo it with a shampoo made for perms, rinse with warmest (not hot) water, dry, and get a STAY IN conditioner (I use Paul Mitchell), applying it thickly, rubbing it into your hair. After an hour - rinse it out with warm to tepid water, dry your hair thoroughly and reapply the STAY IN conditioner in a normal amount combing it into your hair slowly. Wash your hair again and recondition the same way every 3 days for a week. Hopefully this will help you.

i'm inclined to suggest against the "straighteners" if your hairs as bad as that , because if you meet a slight amount of dampness in the air you'll be back to square one. You need to get moisture back into your hair find leave in products that can help tame the frizz but i have very frizzy days and have found after spending zillions of pounds on commercial crap that a jar of pure coconut oil from Superdrug at .99p is one of the best . If you try it make sure you wash hair in special dry /over processed shampoo smack a load of conditioner on then when you put a towel on your head don't rub it just leave it for a whil and then use coconut oil VERY sparingly rub it in your palms to melt and gently go through your hair then comb it through with a massive toothed comb lol. not a miracle cure but a good calmer downer and shiner gl hunny xx

Als for your birthday, sorry it's not going to get fixed by then. pull it into a tight knot or ponytail (a high one if t's long) and really play up your makeup instead. You need to buy some Redken Extreme shamoo and conditioner along with the Extreme treatment to replzce the protien lost n your hair and strengthen it again. get a haircut.I'm sorry to tell you this but most of your har s probably beyond help and the sooner you get it cut out, even little by lttle (good trim once a month) the sooner you wll have newer healthier hair.

Go to a beauty supply shop and find a good hair 'mask'. You might be able to find some sort of product in dept. stores too. Any sort of extra-strength conditioner that you put on after shampooing, then leave on with a plastic cap for an hour. Brings your hair right back after extreme damaging. Then get products that are FOR curlly, permed hair. OR......if it's still frizzy, get some of those hair-clips with the fake hair attached, they fun, and camoflage a lot of problems! ps...happy b-day!

I sounds like the ends got burned. You didn't say if it was one of the home perms or if it was done in a salon. If it was done in a salon,go back and have them fix it. If it was a doit yourself, it may be that needed to trim your hair and you didn't. Go to a salon and have them trim it and deep condition it. Also if you washed it right away and didn't let it cure for 2 days then you could have taken all the curl out. Good luck

If it incredibly is been below 24 hours, bathe, washing your hair thoroughly, then straighten it once you get out. If it incredibly is been longer, you have 4 strategies. a million) Trim it because it grows, in simple terms putting out the ineffective ends. 2) cut back all of it off. 3) Wait until ultimately it grows each of ways out and you're gentle with reducing it, or 4) purely to be achieved a minimum of two weeks later, use a chemical straightener.

ok, wear a beanie out to the hairdressers and ask them to do something fabulous with it! say that there was a mistake made, im sure theres some kind of treatment to make it softer and not so crazy curly!
you could straighten in yourself with some ghds, could take a while and you need to protect your hair from the heat! go to the hair dressers! now!

Wash it. As many times as you have to just wash it. There is a certain chemical they use for perms, and they say if you want it to stay, don't wash it because water melts that chemical. Then use repairing shampoo to get your hair soft again. I reccomend SunSilk
