Your best bet is to first reason with her. Explain that it's important to you. If she resists, point out that oral sex on her isn't exactly a picnic for you either, but you do it because you want to please her.
If she still resists, then dump her and look for a girl who actually cares about your needs.

personally I love it, but each women is different. Start slow. Explain to her how much it turns you on and possibly have her taste it. Don't pressure her, and maybe watch a adult movie together and show her it's sexy. BUT as I said just go slow and if she doesn't, then there's not much you can do.
