Sounds like yes she is showing interest. She may not
enjoy quad riding, or maybe shes new to it, and a little
nervous. Nevertheless she is willing to come along and
watch. Im sure its you and not the quad she's interested
in watching. Oh and by the way women do not go out
of their way to talk to someone there not interested in.
Being polite when approached is one thing. But when one
makes an effort theres interest a brewing. Good Luck

Personally it sounds like she digs your company. The fact she is willing to spend time watching you do something sort of takes it on another level. Because if you are good at it, she'll be even more interested in you; you have something to talk about, and talking is a big thing with women.

She sounds interested, certainly; but then women have a different perception of things to men. Women can have loving friendships without it crossing over, whereas men have difficulty compartmentalising things.

See how she is after the biking; if she seems enthusiastic about your efforts, then she's obviously interested in you.

Yes I think she's interested. Too bad you couldn't talk her into riding on the quad bike with you.

If she's just going along someplace to watch, she's interested. Don't ask if you're winning her over, you've already won!
