You are not crazy nor scared. This is because you don't have proper understanding of religion. May be you are young or may be you never had a chance of understanding what religion is ?
Its all about faith, trust, respect, inspiration and some power, if a person balance religion and work, life, he will be the most happiest man.

You should not be scared fo religion you should inbrace it. Could you please get a little more in depth about that question and you might get a little more help it may be just something you don't understand all the way and need a little more explaining.

True Christianity as it was taught in the Bible should not scare anyone, It don't scare me, & I have been in this way for over 36 yrs.

Why either "crazy" or "be scared"? They are not opposite of each other! Resolve this problem of yours first. You may discover the answer while at that.

You should not be scared.
I prefer the wording "mental disorder" instead of "crazy".
Schyzophrenia is a common form of mental disorder. The symptoms include illusion, delusion, thinking that invisible beings are watching you and influencing your life, having illogical thoughts i.e confusing "death after life" with "life after death" etc...
Refusing all this shows that you have less mental disorders, not more.

If you don't have a personal relationship with Jesus and His Father in heaven, maybe it should scare you a bit.
John 17:3 says that knowing God and His Son, Jesus, is the key to eternal life.
