definately the poor guy who loves you dearly. Although the super rich guy could be exciting, after a few years you will find that you crave the love that the poor guy can offer you and you will find that material items don't matter so much.

It depends on what you value in life, material things or love. If you like this poorer guy and are on safe financial ground then you should date him. If you like a rich guy and can handle constant infidelity then date him. The rich guy is obviously a playboy out to get as many girls as he can. Its better to be with some one who truly loves and treats you with love and respect.
