How can I tell that this chick I like is into me as well. Whenever I start staring at her, she stares at me until either one turns away. Shes always is within 30 ft of me, but she runs away when we walk too close.

She is a little bit immature to be running away from you, isn't she? How about a friendly wave from you now and again? that might break the ice between you! give it a go and see what she does! Or failing that! Get one of your female friends to give her a note from you, in it, you can ask her name and why she does not come near you, and you'd like to talk to her.

try to show to her that you care about her and tell her that you like her. And try to know her feeling towards you. but just don't think about staring to you means she loves you. Anyway, make the first step.

She's probably just being shy. Take your time with her, try to get a conversation going and be funny, not serious.
