what is this supposed to mean, is he too shy or does he not want to talk to me? or like what the hell is going on?
okay, so he doesnt have a phone, but he can use his mom's cell, and one of my other friends was hanging out with him and offered to let him use his phone to call me and he said no????
(we're both in high school)
what the hell does this mean>? and what should i do about it?

OMG, some of these answers. Sheesh!
Do not buy him a phone.
Do not call him.
Do not give this one more ounce of your energy.
I don't care how old, how shy, how poor, etc. If a man is into a woman and wants to spend time with her (either in person or on the phone) he innately will stop at nothing to get it done. If he's not calling you or even trying to remedy this situation, chances are good that you're feelings are not on the same page and it's PAST time to move on.

It is natural for you to want to talk to him a lot. Some boys aren't very talkative. If I were you I would concentrate on doing things myself that I like and not spend too much time thinking about it. Boys tend to be a little unaware sometimes. Maybe you should tell him you would like him to call you more, or ask him why he doesn't. You won't know if you don't ask!

your gonna might want to tell him to ring u.s. u both can tlk even with the truth that the phone or bypass on cam at the same time if u both have cam or only might want to tell him if he wont then u cant be with some one like that or like countless different answer reported he's probable an previous guy, playin with ur thoughts, ur 19 and he claims to be 24, there are probable a tremendous number of lads who wud get with u who're really actual :)

Some guys...wait most guys, dont enjoy talking on the phone. they figure they just saw you at school, so he probably really doesnt have anything to say.

Could be Ms he does not want you to know where or what he is doing. Don't sit there and wait for him. Get out and enjoy life if he cares he will contact you if not you will be better off for it.

I wouldn't let him treat you like you didn't exist. Forget him, if he calls and wants to talk to you - then talk to him. Keep busy. That always worked for me in the past.

I don't think this is logical reason for not calling you. If he really wants to talk to you, he will talk and ask about you by any ways.
