If your ceilings are real high a 7 ft tree would look beautiful. Finding a bonsai tree could probably be found at a landscape company. If they don't carry them they would know where to find one or even order one for you. I love plants too, but I have better luck with my out door flower gardens. Good Luck.

Try www.joebonai.com

It is definitely awesome to put a 7 foot tree into a room. Adding any kind of greenery to a home brings life to the space.

If you have a green thumb, live is the best way to go. Keep up with the upkeep. You don't want ot have dead leaves on your plants. Then it will give it the room a dead, unkept feeling to the room.

7 foot tree - It depends, how high are your ceilings? For example, I have high ceilings in my living room so I bought a tall, skinny Christmas tree (9 ft) and it works well and uses lots of veritcal space. If I had a normal ceiling, it would look silly. If you think it would work, maybe try buying one first to see if you like it.

Bonzai tree - I see these at mall kiosks all the time.

A 7 foot tall PALM is perfectly fine inside a room, provided the room is big enough.
You can find bonsai trees all over the Web. Even FTD.com has them.

If trees are what you like in your room, go for it. As far as the bonsai tree goes, go to http://www.buddyandoscars.com/Home_Garden_Furniture.htm This is my wife’s section of the website, so I’m not real familiar with it, but I know she has at least one source that specializes in them, and I think a few others have them as well. I know most suppliers will guarantee a live shipment when you order on line.
