I was a parole officer for 8 years. There is NOTHING you can take that will help you. Is your PO a hard ***, or one who will work with you? If the PO is one who would not try to get you into treatment, but lock you up instead, then go to the POs superviser BEFORE your screen and man up about it. Tell them that you used meth and how long. You really need help because METH is NO joke, and it will kill you. Good luck to you. By the way, what parole office is opened on a Sunday?

A bit last minute don't you think? There is really nothing you can do but try being honest with your probation officer. meth will say in your system at least 10 to 16 days depending on how much you do. and also remember a diluted UA is just as bad as a dirty one, if not worse because it shows you where trying to get away with something.
now don't quote me on this (i have never been on parole or probation. so what ever i suggest please try to confirm with some one that has been) but maybe you could go to your parole officer tell them you have a disease and want treatment instead of incarceration. they have to offer and pay for treatment if you ask for it, right? that is what i am told at least.
Just in case, find out if they can still just put you in jail for probation violation and not even take into count that you asked for treatment. don't tell them if it wont do you any good and incriminate yourself
or even better if you have insurance or money to pay for it your self then check your self into a rehab.
if your in a drug rehab you cant be put in jail, right away at least.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY you will be in the appropriate place when it come to this situation. jail dose nothing when it comes to treating your disease.
it is unfortunate it is prescribed every time some one is diagnosed by our legal system!
HOPEFULLY they will identify with you as a person who needs treatment for a disease

fruit pectin... you'll find it in the canning section of your local supermarket... put half a packet of fruit pectin in a glass of water and drink it down at least half an hout before you pee in the cup.
