No. The worst that can happen is the loss of carbon dioxide. The coke would then be flat. Any canned and bottled foods will be all right years after the expiration date.

No. Before they put the expiration dates on the cans (or bottles) you would never have known the difference. I have heard that DIET drinks tend to spoil rather quickly. This came from a Coca-Cola employee.

No, it may taste bad, but I very seriouly doubt that it will harm you.Expiration dates are only a guideline for when a product should be sold.

I don't know if it could or not actually....I suppose if it is in a plastic container, it would just be flat....in a can, it may change it, or absorb the metalic taste of the can....perhaps you could email the coca cola company directly and ask them....

I have worked at the local Coke factory & listened to a seminar on this. No, it can't hurt you & yes it does taste gross.

it will indeed harm your taste buds by being extremely unpleasant - if stored in can will taste metallic, possibly flat, and may not open right away... however if you are immune to horrid tastes, no problems... have you already drank it? or are you planning to? you should definitely just LET IT GO. lol.
