GOOD QUESTION.

The Church of Christ follows only God's word.

We do not add anything and we do not take away from God's inspired word.

Contact me here for more info if sincerely interested.

EXAMPLE------NO ORGANS OR PIANOS ONLY SINGING AS GOD HAS COMMANDED AND THIS MEANS EVERYONE ---NO CHOIRS SINCE NOWHERE IS THAT EVER MENTIONED IN GOD'S WORD.

You would know the meaning of life and what your purpose here on earth would be, you would also be over comed by love and peace in your heart. you would also have understanding for all things, you look at mountains and the forest differently, we all have a different outlook on what the bible is telling us, just like if you were to see a movie, your opinion would probably be different from everyone else, what you are asking is a good question, another way of looking at is, how many fried chicken restaurants are there? Many different makes and recipes, but in the end, its still chicken, understand?

I doubt that you would understand it very well and would have a great urge to ask questions about it when you got back to civilisation, then you would have to choose to follow it or not,
become a Christian or not, choose which denomination, or you could just stay on the island and start your own religion, although you you might well be in a majorty of one,if you don`t count the wildlife.

What am I after reading a bible that floated up to me on a deserted island?
Enlightened and thankful that God sent it. It would be my spiritual nourishment and guidebook for life. My faith would be in HIm alone - not in a "denomination" or "doctrine".

People get different meanings from the bible. The bible says it is of no private interpretation.

I think the point you are getting at is that no religion is true to the teachings of the bible! Or any bible for that matter

saved?

If you got off that island alive, then at that time, you would be saved!

Now, if you read the Bible and believed in the Jesus it portrays, you would be saved another way also; spiritually! So you could actually be saved two ways when your boat arrived.

But if you did not believe the account of Jesus and God's love, but instead chose to reject it, then I guess you would only be saved one way... but nevertheless, saved.

so that is my answer.
