i was going to give a lift to my girlfried and it was late the light was green and tha garda was tallkin to the driver that was in front of me a tried to pass...and the garda ask me to pull over and i didnt............after a week the same garda stop me .........

I am assuming this is the Irish Republic? You must obey the lawful directions of a Garda in uniform. It would be difficult to counter his or her insistence that they were acting lawfully (the court would tend to side with them) so you are likely to get a fine of €80 and 3 penalty point for "Failure to act in accordance with a Garda signal" and being convicted by a Court - you might have got away with one penalty point had you stopped and let the garda catch you!

jailtime, where your rent is free, they have excercise facilities, and they cook and feed you 3 times a day...just make sure your 6 foot 7 and 330 pounds

Umm, that's a province, a PLACE, so I don't think it could do anything to you. And in prison? Well, they can do a LOT to you, especially depending on what crim you have commited!
