who is "postmodern"....if he is more or less modern

artists are taught sales pitches instead of technique. there was a time for duchampian stuff and warhols eccentricities, but they are gone, while duchamp held a great mirror to art which pomos want to swim in, that time is gone. forget postmodernism, selfcontradicting coke head fad. its starting to piss me off the amount of video installation around. the old stuff is all better, shouldnt be that way.

postmodern is when something has been apropriated from the origional text to create soem sort of satire or irony. it has a great effect, look at roy lichtenstein or andy warhol. i did a few postmodern paintings myself...

post-modern art... i love any contemporary art. it brings lots of style and energy to a room.
