1) Do an online search for free translation. Use any of those website.
2) Then cut and paste the text from your last email into the box on your chosen free translation website.
3) Choose the correct setting that which language to be translated to English, then press the translate button.
4) The translated text in English will show up in another box on the same window.

Another site that works is:
http://www.freetranslation.com/

Be aware, these sites can't translate word-for-word, especially if a word means more than one thing. However you will be able to get the gist of what the e-mail is about.

Also, if you are going to translate a letter from english to another language: the sites don't translate words like "can't" and "didn't" very well. So be sure to change them all to "can not" and "did not" before trying to translate.

if you run out of luck, search online translator and opt for the human translation. It will cost, but at least you will have a definate translation. {If someone suceeds in translating for you, ignore my above paragraph} edit: being in a WINDOWS error report style window, you can not just copy and paste, so idiots sugesting that should just be aware.
