II have recently purchased a R950B Sharp grill and convention microwave oven. First of all one has to use only glass dishes in this oven coz the others give out sparks secondly the problem is every time i bake a cake the cake tends to break on the centre and a sort of 'earthquake' occurs. the sides get baked but the middle part is uncooked... what do i do???? what could be the problem? any receipes for a good cake?

If you use the oven on your machine you must be able to use your regular metal pans. If they start to spark you have used the microwave.
Baking a cake is best done in the oven. Not microwave because it cooks to fast. You will get a cooked and hard outside and uncooked inside just like you described.
Best temperature for baking a cake in convection is +/- 290 -300°F for about 45 min.

Remember times and temperatures vary according to the oven used.
