Heat(read really warm water, sunlight,...) helps hair grow faster. So when you're washing your hair use really warm water. Another great thing is olive oil and egg yolks. My hair dresser told me to mix those two up and apply to my hair before washing it out with shampoo. He adviced me to live the O&Y in my hair for about 15 min and then wash my hair noramlly. Some people have also suggested brushing your hair every night. But that doesnt really help. It makes ur hair nice and shiny, but in the end doenst help miraculasy.

trim it once a month..only at the ends of course...maybe an inch or so...then dont shampoo it every day..shampoo is acid and it can also cause damage to ur hair...use conditioner regularly... then, believe it or not, use vinegar but mix it with conditioner to take out the awful smell..then leave it on ur hair for 10-15 mins depending on ur hair volume and thickness...then wash it with shampoo...just keep on shampooing it until the smell is out and leave conditioner on for 10mins...after that, you would really have softer hair and even with more volume,,,and you would only have to do it for once a week...use conditioner everyday to maintain and shampoo every other day...dont use a lot of artificial products on ur hair like hair dyes, perms and stuff like that,..it would really kill ur hair...

Rub your hair roots with salt before you wash it. Also, apply olive oil and leave for 2 hours. Then shampoo. Olive oil is great for your hair.

trust me, get a minor trim by a stylist you trust once a month. use only professional products. alternate between fortifying, protien to moisturizing. clarify (followed by intense conditioning) once a month. of course your healthy diet is the real key.
