I just want to know why in world...LOL would anyone say that the Catholic Church was founded by Peter! Peter was an Apostle. So if Jesus left the Apostles with the task to teach and preach his teachings and tell about his life, why wouldn't the religion be called Apostolic?

I do not believe that there should be much weight being put on individual religions. Man made up religion. Not God. God wants us to live by faith. Use his Word as a guide. Too many churches even within all of these religious denominations do not even practice what their own doctrine dictates! Get in the Word and on your face and seek the answers from God himself. He will answer you.

Jesus said "I am the way the truth and the life, no man comes unto the Father but by me."

So if by "true religion" you mean the one that will eventually lead you to God, then Judaism, brought into the reality of it's messiah Jesus, is the ONLY one.

If you mean anything other than that, then I guess any religion or non-religion (such as athieism etc) will do. Just like joining a club, any club will do... just pick one!

As far as evidence, this is a question that has tons of evidence, but it is spiritually discerned, so for you to correctly interpret the evidence, you need to be born the second time from above, from God's holy spirit, to know. Then you will see that it's all about a relationship with God, not joining some club! God is Love

The only true religion is a religion that practices what Jesus taught while on earth. The works are found in the Bible. The first four chapters of the Greek Scriptures, "Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John) give a high witness to how Jesus lived on earth. Living by the standards of the Bible will help you find the true religion. Look please to your Bible to find the answers.

I don't have an anwer to your Buddha question. Sorry I don't know.

You can buy a crystal forming kit at wal-mart !! Christianity is the only true religion because we have a risen Savior that defeated death ! He died for you so you would have eternal life by believing on Him ! No other religion has a person that has died for you and your sins , and still lives today . God has provided all with the " evidence " , it is called your conscience !! Christianity is the only religion that tells you that there are consiquences for not living to the standards that God has set forth to live by !!

Is this about one true religion or about Buddhist relics?

There isn't any one true religion. Religion is basically a means of trying to find out the WHY of existence much like science is trying to find out the HOW of existence. Why something exists will depend on your viewpoint and your insight. As such, each person should have their own unique religious concepts. I am becoming more convinced that there are Chaos Gods as well as Order Gods. Given a couple of months, I could probably come up with significant dogma and format capable of sustaining a congregation. But that's just me.

OH MY LORD! Why do people think there's such a thing as "the one and only TRUE religion"?! HONESTLY! Is it just, THAT HARD for people to step back and realize that HOLY CRUD, each one is true in its own way, and not every person is meant to belong to one, specific religion/church! Why do people turn away from their old religion and try another one? because the old one WASN'T DOING IT FOR THEM! oi... In the end, the major religions of the world all have the same goal, reunion with God/Allah/Divine Mother/etc, and it doesn't matter what they call it (Heaven, Nirvanna, etc), it's the same thing! *sigh* okay, I'm done... Buddha was a man who reached that goal, and when that's done, well anything's possible LOL!

Any answer to your question will be subjective. There is no such thing as "the one and only TRUE religion"--or *any* system of belief, for that matter. Each person will answer in light of their own religion or system of belief (including me). Keep in mind, though, that nearly all religions past and present share common mythologies and stories (they just usually have differing names).

As far as your question about Buddha relics, I don't know.

Buddhism is not a religion, it is a philosophy, and that is why I chose it. There is no true religion. You have to follow the path the best suits you. I only ask a few things of people following their path:

1.Don’t judge others for their path.
2.Don’t push others to follow the same path as you.
3.Don’t kill in the name of your path.

If you mean organized churches, NONE! All are false due to their leadership, who withhold the truth from their followers. They give them just enough to keep them coming back with their wallets open. Money equates power in this world and they love money above all things.
The only evidence you will ever find of a true way to believe is in your own heart, seek it it's there! The church I attend is in my heart. I am a true Christian I believe and follow in the ways of Jesus Christ to the best of my ability. Not some mans idea of what that is but what it really is! It's in you find it and be free of this world and it's ways.
