...in our country (UK), where we will stalk for alleged paedophiles, scream and lap up red-top papers with their stories about child abuse - most of them jazzed up to fire up readers - and generally pull hooded-eyed faces at polite schoolteachers and headmasters who yearn for intellectual development of our bairns...and that only. Why, then do we refuse to pay maintenance after separation, or use them for our own use (id est; to impress officials when they have to make decisions on who gets - by now - 'Terrified Teresa' for keeps. Will the current plan to get whup absent parents into action be good - or make situation even worse...in the UK, we love our children...don't we? Looks like many may beg to differ.
