...in our country (UK), where we will stalk for alleged paedophiles, scream and lap up red-top papers with their stories about child abuse - most of them jazzed up to fire up readers - and generally pull hooded-eyed faces at polite schoolteachers and headmasters who yearn for intellectual development of our bairns...and that only. Why, then do we refuse to pay maintenance after separation, or use them for our own use (id est; to impress officials when they have to make decisions on who gets - by now - 'Terrified Teresa' for keeps. Will the current plan to get whup absent parents into action be good - or make situation even worse...in the UK, we love our children...don't we? Looks like many may beg to differ.

i totally agree with you. my three children by my first husband are now totally ignored by him.he ignores them in the street and does his best to ensure that they have no contact with their step brothers and step sister.
he devises ways of staying on benefits so that he doesn't have to pay child support. he openly brags that he has never done a days work in his life and with 8 children yes 8( hes 34) he will never have to.
how sad is that?
i agree. shame the absent parents on the web.

parents are only people ,too...I am talking about the weak and stupid ones..it's the stupid society's fault...we live in a very twisted society.
I decided to stay home and take care of my children(8and 2,5) soon after I got my license to practice as a dr....I only worked for one year...not I have to explain to all the stupid people out there (including my mom) why I did this!!!!!!!!!!!it's so unnatural for a mom to take care of her own kids!!!!!!!!!!!god forbidden!thanks god that my husband supports me and has the same belief.I know there are sad situation when the moms or both parents have to go to work...again this it's the stupid society we live in...we only need a safe roof over our head and some food..but that it's so hard to understand!!!!!!!!!!!

I am glad to hear that. We need more people to realize that children are not disposable and should be taken care of properly. Nowadays I see parents raising the kids the way they raise their animals and it is a shame. So more power to you!
