Easy answer:
Buy a bottle of Everclear or 151. If you're not a big drinker, one or two shots will have you good for the rest of the night. If you ARE a big drinker then 4-5 will have you done. That's some strong stuff right there and then considering the fact that you're only taking a couple of shots to be good for the night, means the bottle will last you a while. Cheapest way to get drunk.

WHY!!!!??? Getting drunk is not the fun people make it sound. YOU act totally ridicuous YOU lose judgement, YOU do things you wouldn't usually do, YOU get sick and have a major hangover. Especially on cheap booze.
Think about WHY you would want to get drunk. Not worth it, the problems are still there when you sober up.

If you are buying it, drink straight shots. 3 good ones in a row should get you a decent buzz. Or buy a cheap bottle of vodka at the liqueur store and drink it straight.
