Best is a matter of personal choice, I'd suggest picking up a Bible and begin reading -my personal choice would be the entire Book of Psalms in the OT. I'm convinced you'll find several that will be more than appropriate.

Phillipians or Psalms but then again you could interpret Song of Solomon as giving thanks for his beautiful wife ^_^ I think? how bout that hill of goats and cluster of grapes ^_^
