Most religions believe that God created. And most believe that we cannot understand what God created, only wonder at it. So, I do not know whether God created one universe or multiple universes.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormons), on the other hand, holds to the Multiverse view. Male Saints can eventually become God in their own universe. Thus, the Mormons hold that not only are there many universes, there is a separate God for each one. Whether this violates the monotheistic basis of the Judeo-Christian-Islamic tradition is an issue for some thought.

Yes god Exists, we all are the proof for it.
I feel that he/she (God) only thought of multiplying.So he/she(God) is only multiplying.
So did each part that was formed from him /her(God). then each part felt that he/she (God) was separate from god. the multiplication is never going to stop, till all the parts start the return process of being aware that actually all are one and the same part of god (enlightenment).
There are Infinite Universe all together ,every thing is co dependent on each other with one thing common to all pure energy. but they do not function in the same way as this Universe so I don't feel that there is infinite number of copies of "us"

Wow is one of us God? Yes the Bible teaches this idea also, there are at least 3 hells and 3 heavens right here with us on earth. And who knows what's out in space. Here are a few references; 2 Corinthians 12:2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God North;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.
Deuteronomy 32:22
For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.

Do you seriously expect me to believe that The Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omniprsent, Holy, Just, Creator of life God is unable to create without duplication?
I think you should spend less time worrying about things that really don't concern you -or anyone else- and spend more time trying to seek the Creator of all life, even though He is never far away.

hi Silver Tongue, (did you pass the final on purpose?) in simple terms kidding. besides, your question replaced into, "Christians: Is the Universe infinite?" so as a bible believing Christian, i will attempt to respond to you. in accordance to the bible, all issues created had a beginning up. The bible credit God with its introduction, as evidenced by using the 1st few chapters of Genesis. there are a number of verses that take care of the starry area that we call the Universe recorded contained in the bible. Psalm 104:2 (stretches out the heavens), Isaiah 40 4:24, Isaiah 40 two:5a, to call some. one that i've got continuously discovered eye-catching is job 26:7 which says, "He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon no longer something." there's a super type of medical advice in the two factors of that assertion! yet area right here does not enable for greater elaboration. The term infinite skill with out beginning up or ending, as I comprehend it. by using this on my own it would desire to be stated that the Universe isn't infinite yet finite. It had a beginning up. it could have an ending to boot. some scriptures that time out this actuality are Psalm 102:25-26, Isaiah 34:4, 2 Peter 3:10, and Revelation 6:12-17. something, i believe, must be stated approximately playstation . 102:26. It reads,"They (speaking of the earth and heavens of v.25)shall perish, yet thou shalt bear: yea, all of them shall wax previous like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou substitute them, and that they are going to get replaced:" in case you communicate approximately that the earth replaced into replaced and made new previously, it is not annoying to ascertain how this concept of ending, and the assumption of earth enduring for ever, can the two be actual. additionally exciting is the assumption in those scriptures of the universe collapsing on itself, and the warmth generated by using that fall down. "the climate will soften with fervent warmth." style of looks like between the medical strategies of the Universe tossed around immediately, does not it? So, quickly, is the universe infinite? No, it had a beginning up, and would have an ending. Will earth bear? The bible looks to assert so.

That is a difficult question master yoda. My flame broiled brain is searching for an answer. From a Deistic perspective, it would appear to be that at a critical juncture, the chain of causality was set in motion, possibly via a closed time loop.

He created one infinite universe. And yeah, by the way, He created each of us to be unique from each other. So why make another copy of us? It will totally destroy our uniqueness. He made us different. No one is EXACTLY like another.

==============================
"Known to the Egyptians as THOTH, the "Lord of Magic and Time" and to theGreeks as HERMES, "messenger of the gods", he is even remembered in the Celtic tradition as the enigmatic wizard Merlin, who disappears up an apple tree to mythic Avalon, seeking the secret of immortality and vowing to return. As one who attained immortality, the secret of how we "might become as gods", Thoth/Enoch promises to return at the end of time "with the keys to the gates of the sacred land."
In the controversial Dead Sea Scrolls, revealing the lost Books Of Enoch removed from the Bible by early religious leaders, Enoch describes a wondrous civilisation in the past, who misused the keys of higher knowledge and were unable to save themselves from the last cataclysm. Both literally and figuratively they lost the "keys", they lost all higher knowledge.Yet, Enoch, along with many traditions, even the Mayan legend of Quetzacoatal, promises a return of this knowledge at "The end of time", the end of the present time cycle."

We don't and probably won't ever know for sure what is out there. I believe that god does not exist and christians 'know for a fact that he does' so they probably think they know what the unuverse consists of.
A wise man gives up one certainty every day.
