so what should we do?
from some people i have heard praises for them. but also many criticisms.
how long will installation take? and is it anygood? are they proffessional? shoiuld we give it a go???
(theres children in the family, some at uni, and theres a problem if theres no internet.)

Talk Talk is pants!!! My friend changed to them and regretted it! He was mucked around, given no answers when things went wrong and had to pay for the priviledge of talking to customer services (10p a minute!!) who did nothing to solve his problems (bad phone quality, phone cutting out completely and net connection down).
He went back to his previous supplier within a few weeks....;

when you sing up to bt you sign up for a minimum term after that erm you can contact takl talk and transfer your bt line to them that takes about 2 weeks,i use talk talk option 3 and its a good calling planand although they use overseas call centres they dotend to be heplful,but i would say they are still pretty dodgy with the broad band connection, it mauy well be free but the wait can be long and even then it might not work properlyif you want rliable internet you are best going with a company who can be trusted to deliver you the service you pay for, BT semm very good.they may not be the cheapest out there but they are reliable
