I am 19. my waist is 26. chest -30. i wanna becum more curvy. gain weight on thighs...
i dont wanna be called a stick...
pls giv me sum good workin suggestions so dat i can gain some weight . easily and ya i dont wanna prefer any weight gainin pills....

due to dis i am really losin my confidence........
i hav a gud face but not a healthy body...dis makes me worried..
please help me...

I was thin as a pencil when i was your age. but Now my body mass index is just about right...

I used to have the same worry. You probably have a vey high metabolism rate like I did. Its quite allright. When you hit 25, your body stops having such a high metabolism rate. So you start to gain weight. So do not worry, in th elong run, you will be OK....

Couple of immidiate measures to get you right into the shape of your mind. You eat well when you're hungry, and you get hungry when you spend energy. The helthiest way to do that is to do some sort of excercise. It doesnt have to be jogging or running or gym. Just play a lot of cricket, football, or badminton. Make sure you sweat it out a lot.

The eat right. The good way to get some weight is to get some cheese and milk products.

There is one unhealthy sinful way of getting heavy and that is to drink beer occasionally. Beer retins in your body un needed fat and it helps you gain a tummy. And with a good amount of excercise, that fat from the tummy can be used for energy and hence gain weight. I wouldn't recommend this, but it can be carefully montitored to something of substance

see as u told that u r just 19 n u wanna gain some wsight than the best way 2 gain weight is 2 have banana shake at least 2 full glass daily.. n if u wanna make shape of ur thighs than u have 2 do som work out 4 that.. it may b cycelling or it may b roap jump or u can also go with sprint racing.. this three ways r the best way 2 make ur thighs in shape n i told u abt ur weight gain also that;s it.......

U need 2 gain muscles.
Its right time 2 join Gym.
Work with heavy weight 2 gain muscles. Bt in begining start with light weight n increase d load gradually.

EAT PLENTY OF
Larger portions n high- calorie choices
Butritious between snacks.

LIMIT
Alcohol and caffeine, which can suppress d appetite.

TEN WAYS 2 INCREASE CALORIES

1. Eat at least three well-balanced meals, including a hearty breakfast, and snacks throughout d day. 4 sme people, it might b easier 2 eat smaller, more frequent meals than large mals.

2. Eat hearty soups such as lentil, minestrone, split pea, or cream soup rather than broth. Make your canned soup with regular milk or evaporated milk instead of water n top it with pearmesan cheese n croutons.

3. Eat cereals with added fruit or nuts instead of d puffed varieties. Make cooked cereal with milk instead of water.

4. Add powdered milk 2 puddings, baked goods, milk shakes and mashed potatoes.

5. To boost d calories and protein of a glass of milk, add a bit of milk powder 2 ur regular milk.

6. Dried fruits such as raisins, dates, prunes, or dried aprjicots r high in calories n can b eaten as a snack or added 2 cereal or in baking.

7. Salads r low in calories but can b make more substantial by adding cheese or chickpeas or even sunflower seeds or rasins.

8. Nuts r high in fat n calories n make a good snack.

9. Choose desserts that hav nutritional value bt also r high in calories. Pudding, sweet breads such as banana bread or carrot muffins, ice cream, oatmeal cookies all make d grade.

10. Don't let any1 talk u into taking any supplements that r "guaranteed 2 put on weight". Be patient, try 2 keep a positive attitude about food, eat lots of healthy food, exercise regularly, and you will gradually start 2 c results.

Gaining weight is generally easy for most people, depending on their age and metabolism. Because you want to be "curvy" - not fat, you should probably eat slightly larger portions of food, and work out on a weekly basis. Working out will give you muscles - not rolls, creating a healthy, curvy body.

Dis makes you worried, but your spelling doesn't? Good news you will gain weight with age. The curvy girls now will become old fat heffers. However, you will become curvier and MORE attractive as you age! So the men who reject you now will divorce their fat wives and want to be with you later. So be patient, you don't have to look for the weight it'll find you.

You cant imagine that HOW lucky you are. Its OK to wish some thing but thanks GOD (swt) that you are slim body and not like a moving elephants.
Any how to become fat and gain weight is much easier than to become slim and loose weight. If you are other wise healthy (no problem or disease) then please try to convince yourself that you have the most populer weight and not under weight.

Don't worry weight gaining is very easier then to lose weight.You should have to improve your diet.Eat more foods rich in protein.Honey mixed with hot milk will help you in gaining weight.

Take an appetiser (could be some medicine or even wine/beer)before food and a digestive after food.Also eat more of carbohydrates and fat in ur food.
