hhhmmmm... that's what they have told me 2 but i'm not sure I think that you should a least get 7-8 hours of sleep and drink lots of water for healthy skin

Yes, for body and mind..See those presidentss after 4 yrs in office..that's not all from stress, they get very little sleep on average and it shows.
