I've been dieting and exercising for about 4 months and I'm having a really hard time losing the last 10 lbs. I eat right, weight-lift and do cardio. what should I do now? these last 10 lbs are the devil

100%raw 100% vegan diet. At least 8 full cups or more of water daily.

Or cut out all refined sugar, all sugar substitutes, and starch (starch rule applies to cooked foods only, even if they are just steamed). Plus, drink plenty of water...

It sounds stupid, but duct-tape garbage bags around your body from the neck down while you're doing cardio. Or you can buy a sauna suit for $10 or less at Wal-Mart and it'll serve basically the same purpose. Or get a body wrap.
