You should try taking a small jog just before you go to bed..to try to tire your body out. If this doesn't help you should try other exercises if this doesn't help you should try talking to your doctor about it.
I had a sleeping problem when I was your age... are you excited about something? or worried about something?.. these are some of the things that kept me up. You should try to resolve the situations if this is the case.

I am the same way. I have found that Tylenol PM. works very well to make me tired fast when I don't want to stay up all night. Because when I do I sleep until like 2 or 3 in the afternoon. And I know that's not healthy. Pop 2 or 3 of those babies and just lay down- You'll be snoring in no time.

Well i would like to ask you if you are all wired up when it comes to going to sleep? I find i am quit often, just from all of the stuff that i have been doing all day. Or worrying about something, or not pleased with what i might of got done, or not done. I fine if i take some time to sit back and relax, for a while, like read a book, or watch a movie. Something that is not going to keep you going on and on, or get you thinking about things that are on your mind, and you can't get them off. Then like just try to relax. Sometimes it is reading a book, or just listening to music, or watching a good funny movie. Just getting yourself laid back , sometimes you will find you will fall asleep while doing these things.
Like i was really getting tense tonight, so i signed off of the site i was on, and came to search and was looking for a subject. To see if i could find it on the computor. I knew i needed to keep myself busy, and get what was going on in my mind off of my mind. So I looked for something else to do. Know what, it works, and i hope you find someway that you can get to sleep at night again real soon. Try some relaxation imaging. You might find that helpful. If it does not work, talk to your parents about seeing a doctor for not sleeping, but hopifully you will not have to .
Still it is up to you on how you get through this problem of not falling asleep til the sun comes up. I hope this has helped somewhat , cause i know how it is not to go to sleep til morning.
Sometimes it is just something you can't get off of your mind if you know it or not. So talking helps, and you just took the first step.

As you're going to sleep, review all the good things that happened to you today--thanking the God, you're not sure, really, exists for each thing--no matter how small--the blanket covering you, your breakfast, your mother, the roof over your head--try to think of everything you can--imagining life without each one--and thanking the Him who might not exist for everything. If He doesn't exist--can't hurt anything--if He does exist--life may get, even, better. Anyway--it puts me to sleep. Also, design your future--in as much detail as possible. You are the co-producer of your life. Put your ideas out to the Universe--and see how many the Universe agrees with you on.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.
