i am 5'1 and im 150 pounds what can i do?

Just watch your food proportions and exercise like 5 days a week it's what I do!

This is so weird. Because I was almost like you. Well I don't know how old you are, but when I was 13, I was 5'3 and 150 pounds. It was ugly. One day, I just slapped myself and noticed the potato couch life I was living and started working out. I tried doing 20 push ups a day, or at least holding the plank for 20 push ups. I also ran 450 meters a day [just do 30 laps of the 15 meter pacer test]. I stopped the occasional fast food and soda. Water. No soda. Bad. Avoid trans fat [like that won't be hard in NYC]. Of course you have to eat healthy-not healthy as in not eating at all.
Eat your fruits and veggies. & all that junk. Swimming-very good excercise if you can. Check the scale once a month to see your progress. At first, when I wasn't motivated, I had this goal that when I lost my desired weight, the first thing I did was shopping. Anyways, I know that I'm rambling a bit, so good luck.
Note: I did lose my weight. So now I'm 5'3 and 105 pounds =]

Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. It's a little pricy but it's the only one I've tried that worked with weight loss. My doctor recommended it to me. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

Will my cousin was over weight and was going 2 get married in couple of months and she just drank lots of water fruit vegetables for the past days worked out she lots quiet alot compared 2 how she was.

I think it's not big problem for you to worry about, if you keeping health lifestyle. Just do some exercise and eating lot of fruit and vegetable less eating heavy food and suger, such as cheese, ice cream.
