Well you can eat it melted on pork loin with a little ground black pepper or you could get some grapes and apples and put the cheese on a digestive, Each time tou take a bite then just pop in either a grape or slice of apple.

I would use it in a recipe for something like a souffle, tart, quiche etc. to blend and soften the flavour but still taste it.
