I don't think Danish blue cheese should go with bread. It stinks and taste bad. How should be the tasty way of eating Danish blue cheese?

Melt it over a steak or a hamburger - that is the best way.

Well you can eat it melted on pork loin with a little ground black pepper or you could get some grapes and apples and put the cheese on a digestive, Each time tou take a bite then just pop in either a grape or slice of apple.

Melted with some favorite bread or served with eggs, can be placed with fruit on a bagel or cracker or on a hamburger with tomatoes and onions and mustard and chips/fries.

I would use it in a recipe for something like a souffle, tart, quiche etc. to blend and soften the flavour but still taste it.

Try cutting it in cubes and sprinkling it over a salad with walnuts and a vinaigrette.

Or, try melting it with cream and pouring it over a steak.
