If I may ask what is your age? If you are an adolescent, then it is just normal process. It will just lose its activity when you get older. Teenagers tend to have pimples because it is the stage where the sebaceouse glands is active which secrete sebum on the face and if dirt comes then pimple may rise. Not only it, there may be blackheads or whiteheads. I'll just state what are the practical ways to minimize it: keep rested - you need to have enough sleep which is 8 hours or 6 hours for adult, drink plenty of fluids like water - about 8-12 glasses/day , take bath regularly, keep off from dirt, wash your hands as always as possible and do not prick your pimples coz this may cause severe injury escpecially when your hands are dirty, and keep your hair especially your bangs short coz this stuffs get easily dirty when exposed outside the house.

If you use hair gel, you'll have to wash your face a lot more. I know washing a face is not the same as, say, washing your hands, but it has to be done at least once a day. I know some people don't shower once a day, but even if you don't, the face needs to be thoroughly scrubbed daily. Some people fear little things like getting a bit of lotion on their face, fearing that it will clog pores right away. No, the more important thing is to wash the face, thoroughly, and stay away from chocolate and greasy foods like fried fish, if you break out easily. If you actually scrape the skin on the forehead, and a film ends up underneath your nails, it has not been washed enough.

Cut your hair. Bangs sometimes cause acne. Wash your hair every day (shower twice, once in morning and once at night before going to bed). If necessary, tie your hair back before bed. Change the sheets on your bed every couple of days (especially the pillowcases). Do not scrub your skin. Sometimes it's best not to inflame the skin.
Also, it's a good idea to supplement your diet with a teaspoonful of flax seed oil every other day or so. It will do wonders for your complexion and prevent a lot of inflammatory illnesses.
