She might not like the kitty litter your using. Cats can be very picky little things. Try changing out the cat litter for a different kind. I have 2 and both of them are females and have been spayed. They used to do this when I was using tidy cat and I switched to fresh step, which stopped them. Another reason is if her box isn't clean, then she will resort to using other places. Hope this helps!

Last year my beautiful Manx cat Theodore went out for the evening and never came back. I love cats and the house didn't feel the same without one, so I picked up Lola from a rescue centre. She was very frightened and would pee all over the house. I found Cat Spraying No More on the internet and the techniques worked almost immediately. I haven't had a problem with Lola since. Amazing!
Can't stop your cat peeing in the house? Then worry no more...

Female cats do spray spayed or not. She is marking her territory in the house for some reason. Maybe another animal is around. Very hard thing to stop once they start. Good luck though! I have a female that is spayed and she stays outside because she does spray. But she has a nice shed with heat and water and food.

Are you sure that your cat is a female? For one, female cats are spayed, not neutered, and I had no prior knowledge that female cats sprayed. I always thought it was just a male trait. And if you find that your cat is a male, just let him outside every now and again. That way he'll spray the plants around the house instead of your belongings inside.

I would first have a urinalysis done to assure there is no medical reason for this action. It is quite uncommon for females to spray. Spraying can be associated with cats that hang around your home and cause your cat to feel she has to mark her territory. First check with your vet to make sure there is no underlying problem.

cats that have been spayed don't spray, that's a given.
if shes peeing around the house, odds are, shes not happy about something.
try sprinkling cayenne pepper on the carpets where she pees, it will slightly burn and numb her paw pads, and teach her to stay away from there,
try changing litter brands, and maybe even litter types, some cats don't like regular litter, try the beaded kind, cats seem to prefer it.
