1.Do walk/run 10 KM per a day. Morning 5KM and evening 5KM
2.Try to swim weekly twice
3.Try to be in spa weekly once
4. Avoid junk/oily food,tea/coffe/coke like drinks
5.Try to take fresh vegetables,fruits,fruit juices
6. Try to find how much calorie food is sufficent for your body per one day and do not exceed the amount of food. Try to take small amount of food and increase the frequency of taking food.

If you follow above regularly, you will become thin and your tyres will be melted in your body.

btw, what is your age? If you are a senior citizen, then u might want to adjust above points according to your age.

try a girdle from one of those expensive dept stores

loosing weight is the best but can be hard work, do net serchs on loosing weight
also wear loose clothing make it long
