Coming off his lopsided decision win over Kassim Ouma, should he fight Winky Wright next or move up to 168 and fight Joe Calzaghe next? Which fight would you rather see?

I'd like to see Taylor move up and fight Calzaghe. Taylor is strong and i think he could handle moving up. Ouma is one tough SOB! He took some shots from Taylor that would've taken a bull outta there and he kept comin! But he was just to small and lacked the power to hurt Taylor. Wright may have missed out on another fight with Taylor by being foolish and not taking the rematch when it was offered to him.

I know geography has little to do with boxing, but given that every time he enters the ring the announcer says "the pride of Wales", I think it's quite clear Calzaghe doesn't fight out of England.

It's also not right to expect Joe to leave the UK to fight. Why should he? Until he fights Kessler, which might/might not ever happen, he is regarded as the best at 168. If the likes of Taylor or anyone else thinks they're better then it should be up to them to come here and prove it.

I'd like to see Taylor fight Calzaghe personally. He's a big middleweight anyway and besides Wright, hasn't really had any problems in the division. I think the logical move for Taylor is to step up and try his luck. I'd like to see it happen here in the UK, but can't blame Joe for wanting a big payday over there.

Calzaghe will be a BIG money fight Id like to see Taylor make another fight or two at middle weight before moving up though. Someone other then Wright though. As good as Wright is his fights can be boring as he is very defensive minded much like Barnard Hopkins was. Having fought those 2 guys in 3 matches over the last two years I think he needs to face some different style fighters to prepare him for Calzaghe. Another good fight would be undefeated Kelly Pavlic who had an exciting victory over Bronco McCart and is scheduled to fight again in January on HBO. Aurthur Abram is another option as well.

The IDEAL scenario: Taylor v Calzaghe in an eliminatro for Kessler's titles. Granted that Joe vacated his one belt to skip a fight with that German no-name, but 3 of the 4 top belts and the Ring would be pretty impressive in 2007.

Fight Winky and lose. Then challenge Joe to leave his cozy confines in England and come here to fight him. Maybe with Taylor losing to Wright, Calzaghe might figure he could beat Taylor. Then Joe would finally get exposed for being only the best fighter in England/Europe instead of the world.

Winky Wright should get a rematch since he beat taylor the first time. But then again Wright's not a power puncher and its obvious if it goes the distance Taylor will be given the decision just like both Hopkins fights, and the draw with Wright.

Hopefully a fight with Joe Calzaghe.

He dominated Ouma tonight and it was evident. He needs to move up and see what happens. He is tearing through middleweight. I watched the Ike Quartey fights last night and they were the same too. If he moves up, he will still own the middleweight belt anyway.
